I loved how Stephani is Connected to both the physical experience and the emotional/soul/mental experience of birth. Her knowledge of what happens during birth physically was really fascinating to me and the birth education she gave us was something that our previous doula didn't do. It helped me connect my mind with my body as I could visualized and understood during birth exactly what was happening. I am someone who really prefers to know what's going on with everything in such a vulnerable situation.
