The Wisdom Keeper My Daughter (12) and I recently attended Stephani's Wisdom Keeper class and it was phenomenal! The first day we focused on anatomy, hormones and the menstrual cycle. Everything was taught in a beautiful, matter of fact way that was easy for girls and women to understand. I even learned some things! The second day we learned about Pregnancy, birth and had a fantastic Q and A session at the end. Stephani Teaches in a way that ye can feel her love and passion. She truly wants girls and women to be empowered through knowledge. This class sparked some meaningful discussions with my daughter and was a great way for us to connect My daughter and I both look forward to future classes with plans to attend any that we can! Heidi
Doula Services I loved how Stephani is Connected to both the physical experience and the emotional/soul/mental experience of birth. Her knowledge of what happens during birth physically was really fascinating to me and the birth education she gave us was something that our previous doula didn't do. It helped me connect my mind with my body as I could visualized and understood during birth exactly what was happening. I am someone who really prefers to know what's going on with everything in such a vulnerable situation. Stephani truly is the mother keeper.
